Availability: Most pieces, especially those in the Naturals Collection, are unique with only 1 quantity of the item available. Even though you are able to add additional quantities through the shopping cart, additional items of the same item are only available through a custom order. If you enter more than 1 quantity for an item or the item has already been sold, you will receive an email from us with options prior to our sending your order. If you see an item that you like that has already been sold, contact us to ask about a custom order for a similar piece.
Lead Time: Items listed for sale on our web site usually ship in 2 to 3 days. Please allow additional time for the shipping method you choose. Custom ordered item lead time will depend on the pieces ordered.
Payment: We accept credit card payment through Pay Pal. This is an extremely easy and secure means of providing your payment. Pay Pal allows the use of Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express without signing up for a Pay Pal account and at no extra expense to you. If you prefer, you can sign up with Pay Pal to use instant transfer from your bank account. Payment method may extend lead time.
Shipping: Crafted Originals ships to addresses within the lower 48 states of the U.S.A. and Puerto Rico via UPS Standard Ground. Shipping costs will be added during the ordering process. Orders of a minimum $150 shipped to one location within the continental U.S.A. will ship standard ground free of charge. At check-out, you may select Next-Day or Second-Day for shipping at listed rates if preferred.
If placing an order to be shipped to an address outside of continental U.S.A. or Puerto Rico, you will need to contact us with the order and address information for us to determine the best means of shipping and costs.
